National Survey of Indigent Defense Systems, 1999-2000

Conducted during 1999-2000, this survey represented the first systematic study of indigent criminal defense services by BJS since the 1980s. Survey of State Criminal History Information Systems

Collects data used as the basis for estimating the percentage of total state records that are immediately available through the FBI's Interstate Identification Index (III) and the percentage that include dispositions.
