BJS FY 08 National Inmate Survey

The purpose of this award is to provide funding to administer the 2009 National Inmate Survey (NIS). The NIS is an Audio Computer-Assisted Self-Interview (ACASI) instrument administered to inmates in correctional facilities to measure the prevalence of sexual assault at the facility level.
