During this process, staff will update and automate Court Data (correcting Criminal History Record Information not currently captured on RAP Sheets). Funding is also being requested for CJIS Expungement staff to work overtime to process backlogged records and to update RAP Sheet records in Maryland's suspense file to ensure all relevant records are reported to the NICS Indices.
