National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) State and Local White Collar Crime Program

The State and Local White Collar Crime Program is a pilot study designed to determine what state and local data is available on the investigation, prosecution, and sanctioning of white collar crime. A definition of white collar crime will be developed along with a determination of what state statutes fall under this definition. A survey designed to gather information on the enforcement activities of Attorney General offices and relevant state and possibly local agencies will also be developed. (CA/NCF)
