The webinar provides information on sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) measures within BJS’s survey data collections, including methodological discussions and statistical estimates from published BJS reports. Learn more about—
- the methodology and cognitive testing procedures that resulted in the addition of these measures to the National Crime Victimization Survey, including victimization and population estimates
- SOGI measures included on the National Inmate Survey and National Survey of Youth in Custody, along with published statistical estimates
