FY 2021 Guam Criminal History Improvement Program

Under this award, the Judiciary of Guam will use funds to continue their efforts to strengthen Guam’s criminal history records infrastructure. Specifically, the Judiciary will continue to work with Guam Police Department to digitize and update manual arrest and firearms records, warrants, court case records and dispositions, build capacity to maximize the use of criminal history systems technology and provide administrative resources to implement the project.
